Organisational structure
YSP operates under a structured leadership system. Roles and responsibilities are defined through the Team Directory, weekly check‑ins, and departmental coordination led by the COO.

Programme framework
YSP runs a 16‑week structured programme across six routes — Research, Policy, Business, Diplomacy, Environment, and Community. Outputs are published or presented under the member's name.
- Foundations — Weeks 1–4.
- Deep Dive — Weeks 5–12.
- Capstone Output — Weeks 13–16.
Membership
Eligibility is open to youth aged 16–28. Participation is remote and asynchronous, structured around 5–10 hours per week.

Governance & decision‑making
- Strategic decisions are led by the C‑Suite.
- Operational decisions are managed by Directors and Managers.
- Transparency is maintained through the Announcements channel and documented decisions in Notion.
- Major decisions are clearly communicated and supported by rationale and evidence.
Code of conduct & ethics
All members must act with respect, professionalism, and integrity; engage in evidence‑based discussion; and maintain academic honesty. Violations may result in disciplinary action in accordance with the Code of Conduct & Ethics Policy.
Intellectual property

- Members retain authorship of their work.
- YSP retains rights to publish and showcase outputs.
- All work must be original, properly credited, and ethically produced.
Data privacy & confidentiality
YSP commits to responsible handling of data in line with PDPA compliance. Members must protect confidential information and use data responsibly and ethically. See the Data Privacy & PDPA Compliance Policy.
