Enforcement & accountability
Violations may result in a verbal or written warning, removal from roles or responsibilities, or suspension or removal from YSP. Enforcement is handled by Managers and Directors at first review, with escalation and final decisions made by the C‑Suite.
Reporting concerns
Members are encouraged to report misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or breaches of policy. Reports can be made to the HR / Talent team, the relevant Director, or any C‑Suite member.
